- Does Villa Bonda provide the stay for small groups?
We are specializing in accommodating big groups (more than 20 pax) that suit the spacious land acres (of almost 2 acres of land) with its amazing facilities. However, we are always open to talk about any special requests from our beloved future customers.
- Am I able to do any changes of booking dates after confirmation has been done? Or to do any cancellation of stay?
CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking cancellation request/notification via email / WhatsApp MUST be made at least (61 - 90 days) full days before the scheduled check-in date, you can get a full refund.
31 - 60 days - 50% refund if canceled.
No refund will be made for Booking cancellation request/notification less than thirty (30) full days before the scheduled check-in date.
CHANGE OF DATE POLICY
Change of date request/notification via email / WhatsApp MUST be made at least thirty-one (31) full days before the scheduled check-in date. Change of date request/notification for less than thirty (30) full days before the scheduled check-in date is not allowed.

Yes, we provide the highest internet speed for customer usage that could accommodate the needs of maximum pax.

- Early check-in / Late check-out?
We understand that your schedule might require flexibility. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to confirm and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- How do Ideal with Mosquitoes / Insects?
Villa Bonda provides mosquito repellents and electric mosquito repellents in all rooms to ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, the villa is regularly treated for insects and pests, but as it’s a nature-filled location, we recommend using
repellents when spending time outdoors. - Does Villa Bonda receive a phone signal?
Yes, Villa Bonda receives good mobile coverage for major network providers. Additionally, we offer high-speed WiFi throughout the villa, ensuring you stay connected at all times.
- I do not want to cook, what are my other options?
